STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM

The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme was launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government. The core mission of the programme is to increase the number of foreign students in Hungary and to encourage Hungarian higher education institutions to attract top foreign students; currently over 50 sending partners are engaged in the programme.

Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for bachelor, master, postgraduate (piano soloist), and guest studies.

Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship

The Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship was established by the Hungarian Government for those who live in a Hungarian diaspora outside of Europe and wish to study at a Hungarian higher education institution to develop their personal, professional and cultural relations to Hungary.

The programme aims to support the professional advancement of the scholarship holders with high-quality Hungarian higher education while improving their Hungarian language skills and strengthening their Hungarian identity.

Hungarian Diaspora scholarships are available for bachelor and master studies at the Liszt Academy.

If you are interested in carrying out your research at the Liszt Academy in the framework of the Fulbright program (www.cies.org) and need to contact our teaching staff regarding your application material (letter of affiliation, invitation letter, etc.), please send a message to the staff of the Study Department, International Sub-Department (international.office[at]lisztacademy.hu).
