Opening hours of the buildings of the Liszt Academy

1. The scope of the instruction shall include the buildings at the following addresses.

a) Budapest V., Semmelweis utca 12.,
b) Budapest VI., Vörösmarty utca 35. (Old Academy of Music),
c) Budapest VII., Wesselényi utca 52. (György Ligeti building),
d) Budapest IX., Üllői út 25.

2. The regular opening hours of the buildings listed in Point 1 are as follows.

Monday – Friday: 7.45 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10.00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

3. Exceptions

1. In case of concerts/events taking place in the Chamber Hall of the Old Academy of Music - provided that the concert/event ends after the opening hours of the building - the building remains open until the end of the concert/event.
2. The building at 12 Semmelweis Street is closed on Sundays.

4. Practicing in the György Ligeti building

1. Until the electronic practice room reservation system is put in operation for the practice rooms on the 3rd floor: during the opening hours of the building; after the reservation system has been put in operation: 0-24.
2. Only students majoring in piano may practice in the rooms, after and before classes.

5. In the other buildings of the Academy listed in Point 1, the practice rooms can be used during the opening hours of the building.

6. This instruction shall enter into force on 5 October 2011.
